Beyond the deepest seas and rolling oceans,
She walks a silent world of grace and heaven.
She guides her work through motion and through hurdles,
Never halting for the rain or heavy clouds,
But moving past the shadows and earth’s perils.
She finds her joy in an unusual courage,
To speak the truth through hazy, capsized storms,
And clear away the darkest, threatening skies.
She wanders down the glowing, radiant streams,
Beneath the wide shades of the banyan tree,
An untamed spirit, mother to the world,
Whose beams of light refuse to be coerced.
Whatever she explores along her path,
She moves with grace to find a lasting bliss
Within the quiet prayers she always breathes.
Yet, grief takes hold, and she is left undone
To hear the sorrows of a motherless child;
Her aching heart knows no restrictive bounds,
Striving to heal and shield that fragile life.
She is the first to let her teardrops fall
When sadness, pain, and death disrupt her peace,
Answering the cry of every helpless child,
Whose goodness comes to bless her fortitude.
